How we approach dental services at All Smiles

Every plan at All Smiles starts with a thorough exam, X-rays and photos of your teeth, so you can see what we see. Dr. B explains what’s urgent, what can wait and what’s optional. You get costs and insurance estimates up front, and nothing happens until you say yes.

Because we practice biological dentistry, we also think about materials. We place tooth-colored composite instead of mercury amalgam, favor metal-free crowns and bridges where they’re a good fit, and follow protective steps when we remove old silver fillings. If you have sensitivities or preferences — for example, fluoride-free cleanings — tell us and we’ll plan around them.

Children come to us for checkups, cleanings, sealants and their first fillings. Adults see us for everything from routine care to crowns, root canals, whitening and Invisalign. Because Dr. B, Dr. Epstein and Dr. Lorenzo work together in one office, your family can see the same team for years instead of being sent from office to office.

Insurance, Medicaid and financing

We accept Florida Medicaid and most PPO and Medicare Advantage dental plans, and we file your claims for you. Coverage for dental services depends on your plan, so we verify your benefits and give you a written estimate before treatment. Financing is available for larger treatment plans. We see patients from across North Miami-Dade and South Broward, including Miami Gardens, Opa-locka, Miami Lakes, Carol City, Norland, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura and Hialeah. Our office is on NW 7th Avenue near NW 183rd Street (Miami Gardens Drive).
