A Boston University-trained dentist with more than four decades of experience, practicing in South Florida since 1980. He provides the full range of care at All Smiles, with a special focus on cosmetic dentistry, Invisalign and computer-guided implant placement.

A native New Yorker, Dr. Epstein has practiced dentistry in South Florida since 1980. Over four decades he has seen dental technology change dramatically, and he has built his work around the tools that make treatment more predictable — from digitally planned implant placement to clear aligner therapy.
At All Smiles, he works alongside Dr. B and Dr. Leilani Lorenzo, so patients benefit from several experienced opinions in one Miami Gardens office.

Implants and Invisalign with Peter Epstein
Peter Epstein plans implants digitally: 3D imaging shows the bone, nerves and sinus before surgery, and a guide positions each implant where the final tooth needs it. That planning shortens visits and makes results more predictable. For Invisalign, he maps each stage of tooth movement in advance so you can see your projected result before you commit.
What patients can expect
Before any treatment, Peter Epstein reviews your medical history and medications, because conditions such as diabetes or blood thinners can change how an implant or extraction should be planned. That extra step keeps treatment safe and predictable.
He also treats worn, cracked and missing teeth with crowns, bridges and dentures, and he sees emergency patients alongside the rest of the team. Because he has practiced in South Florida since 1980, many of his patients have been with him for decades — and now bring their children and grandchildren.
Dr. Epstein is known for calm, unhurried visits. He explains what he sees, shows you your X-rays and photos, and lays out your options — including the conservative ones — with written costs before treatment starts. Patients with dental anxiety often tell us that his experience and steady manner make a big difference.
Our office accepts Florida Medicaid and most PPO and Medicare Advantage plans, and offers financing for implants, Invisalign and cosmetic treatment. Insurance & financing.
We see patients from across North Miami-Dade and South Broward, including Miami Gardens, Opa-locka, Miami Lakes, Carol City, Norland, North Miami, North Miami Beach, Aventura and Hialeah. Our office is on NW 7th Avenue near NW 183rd Street (Miami Gardens Drive).
